Finally, we are so excited to highlight our amazing Co-President, Payal Chulani! 🌟 Payal has been a dedicated leader within ICA for years, moving from Diwali Chair in 2024 to Finance Chair in 2025, and finally serving as our Co-President this year! 📈💼 Her growth and commitment have been such a huge part of ICA’s success, and she has truly poured her heart into this community. 💖✨For Payal, her favorite ICA memory was this year’s Senior Farewell. 🥹 It was a bittersweet moment where she realized just how much love she has for the people she grew up with in this club. Payal’s biggest takeaway from her time in ICA is a great reminder for us all: don’t take everything too seriously! 🧘‍♀️ At the end of the day, it’s all about finding your people and caring for one another—the rest is just noise. Her time on board has been filled with legendary highlights, like the hype of Red Rave after her Diwali year and those late-night TWACO runs with the seniors! 🌮🌙 She’ll never forget the day she and Aneesha decided to run for Co-Presidents, or the iconic moment at retreat when she, Shriya, and Anya accidentally broke the swing! 🏚️Thank you for everything, Payal! We love you and can’t wait to see what you do next!

Next, we have Raina Nagpal, whose presence and leadership have helped shape ICA into the home it is today. From FREP to Cultural Chair, Executive Vice President, and Senior Advisor, Raina has played such an important role in building community and connection throughout her journey. One of her favorite ICA memories is Diwali 2025 🪔, getting ready with all the girls while listening to Kabira, doing each other’s hair and nails, and soaking in that true family feeling. Raina’s biggest takeaway from ICA is the power of community. She shares that ICA turned a new place into a home, showing her that belonging isn’t something you find, it’s something you build together 🤝✨She reflects on how ICA shaped her entire college experience, helping her grow alongside incredible people who made every moment meaningful 💫 Thank you, Raina, for your heart, leadership, and we are so grateful for all the passion and heart he poured into making ICA what it is today.❤️

Next up is Shirin Deepak, whose leadership and spirit have left an incredible mark on ICA ✨ From starting as a FREP to serving as Diwali Chair, Co-President, and Senior Advisor, Shirin has been a force of creativity and leadership throughout all four years of her college career 🩷 One of her favorite ICA memories is the 24–25 Diwali dance floor celebrating alongside ICA, alumni, and SaRaas in a moment full of joy, energy, and community 🫶Shirin’s biggest takeaway from ICA is that acceptance, growth, and resilience are at the core of meaningful relationships. Through her journey, she’s especially proud of helping host two of Emory’s grandest Diwalis and collaborating closely with BCJ 🪔🤩 She’s also loved watching her peers grow alongside her as she discovered her own confidence and identity. He is also incredibly proud of our underclassmen for their resilience and hard work in pulling off an amazing on-campus Diwali despite being under immense pressure. 🪔🙌 Pranay, thank you for your constant positivity, your inclusive spirit, and for making ICA feel like home for so many of us. As the year winds down, we are proud to honor the seniors whose contributions have left an enduring mark at ICA! Firstly, we’re celebrating Sanika Vaze, one of ICA’s incredible Senior Advisors! She has been a pillar of our community for years, serving as CE Chair during her sophomore year, VP of CE as a junior, and finishing her journey as a Senior Advisor! 🎓✨For Sanika, one of her favorite recollections is from her first retreat during her sophomore year, where ICA became family, and she’s spent the years since helping others feel that same connection. 💗During her time as CE chair, Sanika loved guiding freshmen as they found their place in ICA. She believes that it’s never too late to embrace your cultural roots, regardless of where you start. 🚀🌱Through ICA, Sanika has realized there is always an opportunity to learn and grow!
