First Target groups is women from low-income families and they live in different areas of the countryside of Hebron City, in which there is no access to public services. Second special needs, one of them is semi-deaf, and the other is suffering from paralysis in the lower half of the body . Third 4 workers are graduates with different levels of education and different majors .
