Amario's Art Academy for the Gifted and Talented

We so excited to be hosting the upcoming Superheroes Sneaker Ball event benefiting Amario's Art Academy. The will be held THIS THURSDAY, April 20, 2023, at the Callanwolde Fine Arts Center and you can get tickets at https://Superheroball.eventbrite.com.

This year, we are recognizing local superheroes that are making a difference in the community.

2023 SUPERHERO AWARDS HONOREES
This year we have chosen eight (😎 amazing leaders to be recognized as Superheroes. They are:
- Superhero of the Year: Tammy Williams, Cinema South Films
- Nonprofit Superhero: Janice Robinson, United Way of Greater Atlanta
- Industry Superhero: Asante Bradford, Georgia Department of Economic Development
- Civic Superhero: Myoshi Primo, Fulton Country Government
- Rising Superhero: Nadia Beavers, Spelman College Student and Amario’s Art Academy Alumni
- Community Superhero: Greg Clay, City of Atlanta, Office of Constituent Services (OCS)
- Education Superhero: Christopher A. Daniel, Morehouse College
- Corporate Superhero: Teri Fileds & Danielle Obiorah, Obiorah Fields, LLC – Law Firm

We encourage you to get your tickets early as space is limited. Dress up in your cocktail or gala best and show off your coolest kicks while supporting a great cause.

OUR SNEAKER CONTEST CELEBRITY JUDGES
During the event, attendees can enter our Sneaker Contest and be named the Sneaker Hero by our panel of celebrity judges!

Our panel of six (6) Sneaker Contest Celebrity Judges are:

- Ben Amick: Director / Writer / Producer / Content Creator
- Karen Ceesay: Actress, Stranger Things & The Walking Dead
- Cal Bowdler: NBA Veteran Player, 1999 NBA 1st Round Pick, 17th overall to the Atlanta Hawks
- Chris Howard: NFL Veteran Player, Jacksonville Jaguars and Oakland Raiders | Founder, Mosaic Entertainment Group
- David Macklin: 10-year NFL Veteran Player, Indy Colts, AZ Cardinals, KC Chief, and Washington Commanders*
- Joe Smith: 16-year NBA Veteran Player, 1995 NBA #1 Overall Draft Pick
