ARCA MEMBER ACCOUNT SETUP & ACTIVATION GUIDE

Dear ARCA Members,

Thank you for joining the Africa Respiratory Care Association (ARCA). To complete your membership registration and gain access to all member benefits, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check Your Email
After registration, an email will be sent to the email address you provided. Open the email and click on the account setup link.

Step 2: Set Your Password & Sign In
Create your password and sign in to your ARCA member account using your email address and newly created password.

Step 3: Activate Your Membership
Once you sign in, you will see a large red button on your dashboard indicating that activation is required.

Click the red button and complete your membership payment to activate your account.

Step 4: Confirm Activation
After successful payment, the red button will automatically change to green, indicating that:

✅ Your membership has been activated.
✅ Your account is in good standing.
✅ You have full access to ARCA member benefits.

Step 5: Download Your Membership Certificate
Once your account is activated, you can download your official ARCA Membership Certificate directly from your dashboard.

The Africa Respiratory Care Association joins the global community to observe World No To***co Day, reminding everyone of the deadly impact of to***co on respiratory health.

2026 Theme: “Unmask the Appeal, Countering To***co and Ni****ne Addiction.”

This year’s focus is on exposing how the to***co industry uses colorful packaging, sweet flavors, and aggressive marketing, especially through e-cigarettes and vapes, to attract young people.

To***co kills over 8 million people yearly. In Africa, it drives rising cases of lung cancer, COPD, asthma, and other respiratory diseases, while shortening lives by an average of 10 years.

Our Call to Action
ARCA urges:

1. Individuals should quit smoking and protect children from secondhand smoke.
2. Governments to enforce stricter to***co control laws.
3. Healthcare providers to support cessation programmes.

Quitting brings rapid benefits to your lungs and overall health. Let’s unmask the appeal and build a to***co-free Africa.
