Please see this update from the North Buckhead Civic Association regarding the Wieuca–Phipps Roundabout. As you plan your travel to Wieuca over the next few weeks, we encourage you to allow extra time and stay aware of changing traffic patterns. We will continue to share updates as they become available.

Roundabout Construction Timeline
The Buckhead Community Improvement District (BCID) is managing this project and has shared the following updates:

• Final milling and paving began around March 23 and will take 2–3 weeks
• Temporary striping will be installed following paving (estimated April 13)
• The roundabout will then shift to dual-lane operation, with guidance provided
• Final thermoplastic striping is expected approximately May 4

Additionally, a new traffic signal at Wieuca and Old Ivy will become operational in the coming weeks. This light is intended to improve left turns and help create safer gaps in traffic for surrounding neighborhoods.

As we continue to talk about faith, we wrap up our look at Proverbs 4 on this episode of Reimagining Our Faith...

Reflection Questions

· Kevin asks you to imagine your heart as a garden. When you imagine it, what do you see? Is it full of thriving life? Is it struggling to exist? How does this make you feel?

· The heart is where our values are shaped, and our actions are born. How do you know this statement to be true in your life?

· How are you guarding your heart? What are you letting in that perhaps shouldn’t be there? Ask God to help you guard your heart today.

Today on Reimagining Our Faith, Dr. Kevin Head continues the topic of Wisdom and the book of Proverbs...

Reflection Questions

· Wisdom is not only about keeping us from making bad decisions; it is also a reminder of the consequences of our decisions. Wisdom is reminding ourselves about the parts of our lives we do control and manage. How have past consequences shaped your understanding of seeking wisdom?

· “Get wisdom, and wisdom will protect you and will watch over you.” Life is not always fair, but our lives are often affected by our decision making. The pain and the heartache we feel due to our own decisions is not what God desires. God desires to protect us with wisdom. What is one way you can seek God’s wisdom today? Follow the path God is laying upon your heart today.

· Wisdom is a gift – the ability to see life through the very eyes of God. As with any other gift you are given, it is up to you to accept it and to use it in your life. Give God’s gift of wisdom a chance to help you today, to help you reimagine your faith.

We continue to talk about the book of Proverbs, and how wisdom is a lifetime pursuit...

Reflection Questions

· Proverbs 4 gives us this insight: wisdom keeps us from making bad choices. How have you found this to be true in your own life?

· How often do you seek advice from others when you need to make a decision? Do you find it helpful? How has the wisdom you received from others helped you? What does this tell you about future decisions you will need to make?

· God wants what is best for you, and that’s why God encourages us to “pay attention, to gain understanding, and to not forsake good teaching.” As you reimagine your faith today, pursue wisdom in all things knowing that it is what God desires for you.

Welcome to a new series of Reimagining Our Faith! Today, Dr. Kevin Head talks about seeking wisdom...

Reflection Questions

* Who do you consider to be the wisest person you have known? What set them apart in their wisdom? Did their wisdom come from “awe and reverence” as Kevin shares?

* How do you “fear the Lord” in your daily life? Does it ground you in your wisdom?

* Kevin’s reminder that it is our choice to say daily, “God, you know better than I do, so God, I will trust you with this day” is helpful in our desire for wisdom. Today, pause occasionally to ask yourself, “Am I depending on God right now?” How does your answer affect you in that moment. Answer this question throughout the day can give you the wisdom you need for your life.

Proverbs 1:7

Today on the last episode covering Vices and Virtues, Dr. Kevin Head talks one final virtue: Love...

Reflection Questions

* Love, for many of us, is a word that we use everyday. But do we understand what love means? How is love not just a feeling, but a commitment?

* How do you know when you are truly loved? How do you help the person you love know they are loved by you?

* Love is a gift – a reflection of who God is – and that love we receive from God calls us then to act for the good of others, regardless of our emotions. Today, focus on this question: Is your love based on commitment, or is it still tied to fleeting emotions? How does your answer impact how you want to live today?

Today on Reimagining Our Faith, Dr. Kevin Head tackles the final and possibly toughest of the seven deadly sins: LUST.

Reflection Questions

* Kevin asks, “Where has lust taken more than it gave in your life?” How do you respond to this question?

* Do your desires often control you? How do you discern between love and
desire/lust?

* Find a few moments now to ask God to make your desires whole again, to turn your gaze from fantasy to truth, from consuming to giving love.

Today's verse is:
Matthew 5:28

Our next virtue on Reimagining Our faith is Hope, how it has roots, and how it's grounded in faith...

Reflection Questions

* Hope is a popular word, but perhaps it is not always understood. Hope isn’t just wishing upon a star, as Kevin says. Hope is rooted in our faith. How do you connect hope and your faith?

* “Hope believes in a sunrise even when it’s midnight.” How do you live this way? What gets in the way of this kind of hope for you?

* How does hope help you to reimagine your faith? What is one way you can cling to hope today?

Today's verse is:
Romans 8:25
