Art & Action is a unique fusion of yoga and art for kids in Atlanta, GA! Art & Action creates a space for a child’s natural love of movement and art to shine!
Through yoga and art projects, children ages 4-10 will develop focus, express creativity and shake out the sillies in a fun, non-competitive environment. Each class focuses on a theme and incorporates real poses, songs, stories, and games into a yoga practice followed by art projects.
