The “goat kiss” challenge was for our student attendance during testing to be at 95%.
Our SSES Scholars exceeded that goal and attendance was a whopping 97%!

So yesterday, Dr. Bostic…our Principal, kept her promise in front of the entire staff and student population!! The lucky goat was “Lego Walden” and we are quite sure he will never forget it!!

Awards day is tomorrow for PK, Kindergarten, and 1st grade. Tickets are required and were sent home today with your child. A zoom link will also be posted on our website for those not able to attend in person. Have a great evening!

2021-2022 SSES Year Books are on sale now! We will have them during awards ceremonies the next few days and end of year parties on Friday! $20.00 cash or money-order accepted. You can also send the payment in an envelope with your students name and homeroom teachers name! The kids LOVE looking at them and we have past years available also, for $5.00 each! They make great gifts for your students.

Ready, set, GO! Field day for K-2nd grade was so much fun!

Ms. Lindsay Tyree, parent of one of our students and Account Executive at Boost Mobile, came to school last week bringing with her GIFTS for all students and all staff at SSES!! All students received a "BOOST your BRAIN power" ball and teachers were offered delicious slushies along with ALL the BLING that BOOST Mobile offers! Thanks for your generosity during Teacher Appreciation Week!
