We’re closing out the Regenerative Youth Summit with an OPEN MIC. This is a free space to speak your truth, share a poem, sing a song, play some music, tell a story, or pose a question to the crowd.

Climate grief. City love. Environmental justice. Joy. Anger. Hope. Vision. Whatever’s on your heart.

The Regenerative Youth Summit: Art as Advocacy is happening February 24 in Atlanta (less than one month away!)

We’re inviting young artists & creatives (ages 18–26) to submit work exploring nature, the urban environment, and climate action. Selected artists will showcase their work at our high-energy summit with sustainability leaders, organizations, and creatives from across the Atlanta.

📣 If you’re looking to get involved in or explore pathways to green jobs and leadership opportunities this year, Roots Down’s Regenerative Youth Summit is the event for you!

Last September, more than 80 young adults (ages 18–26) from across came together at the Summit to connect with local partners, learn how land-care decisions are made, and discover GreenHive, Roots Down’s hands-on workforce training program.

This February, Roots Down and GreenHive are bringing that energy back with the second Regenerative Youth Summit—a bold, immersive experience designed to support the next generation of climate leaders through hands-on climate action and creative . 📣🌎

For many young people, the biggest barrier to regenerative careers is simply knowing where to start. This summit helps bridge that gap by highlighting opportunities in Atlanta’s growing green workforce and fostering meaningful connections with peers and leaders in the field.
