We are getting ready for our first ever parade about Dia de Los Mu***os!! What are we doing ? just debunking the myth about Hispanic people having a day to worship the death or bad spirits. Students are understanding and learning that dying is part of a life cycle and that what Hispanic people do on that date is to celebrate and remember the people that have completed their life cycle by getting together, eating and remember who they were while they were living.
