Fall Fling is here! ✨ This is a semi formal event hosted on the Roof of Ponce City Market from 6-10 pm on Friday, 11/12. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as individually packaged food, will be available.

Semi-formal dress is required. As of right now per COVID-19 protocol, space is limited and only RSPH students are allowed to attend. Register here: https://thehub.emory.edu/event/7516968

Your health and safety is our priority! While this event is outdoors, we are expecting up to 550 students to be in attendance, so masks are still strongly encouraged. Be sure that you monitor your symptoms before, during, and after the event. If you're not feeling well, please stay home.

Remember that students have access to free COVID-19 testing at Emory University and can make an appointment here: https://www.emory.edu/forward/covid-19/testing/schedule-covid-test.html We encourage students to get tested before the event, and 5 days after the event.

The above form will close at noon, 10/18, and lists positions that are available for 2022.

Please note these dates as you prepare your submission:

- Platform submission period: October 4-18
- Zoom information session: October 6
- Campaigning period: October 4-27
- Voting ballots open: October 27-29
- Final 2022 members announcement: November 1 (tentative pending run-off elections)

Dean’s Lunches are here! Meet and chat with the RSPH Deans over lunch this semester.

The first date is around the corner: Wednesday, 9/22 from 12pm-1pm, with sign-ups closing Friday, 9/17 at noon. Sign-up to be entered into a random drawing for these events; about 10 students will be selected at random to attend. Selected participants will receive an email. If you attended last year or know you won’t be able to attend, we ask that you refrain from signing up.

Lunch will be provided, and all COVID-19 protocols will be strictly followed. We are also prepared to pivot to an online platform if necessary.

Mark your calendars - the next Convos on Tap is here! Wear your Emory blue & gold, and join us in the RSPH Courtyard next Friday, 9/17, for Dave’s Cosmic Subs, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Subs will follow COVID-19 guidelines of individual packaging, and attendees will need to bring their own standard size cup for drinks.
