Calling all families with young children in South Atlanta, come sing and dance with Ms. Marlene on August 6th!

• What: A free trial class at our new East Point Music Class location with our new incredible teacher, Ms. Marlene

• Where: Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church on 1150 Jefferson Ave

• When: Thursday, August 6th, 10:30-11:15 am

• For: Families with children from 0-4 in the Tri-Cities area (College Park/Hapeville/East Point). This class is geared towards first-time Music Class families, but families who have been to class before are welcome to come and meet Ms. Marlene!

Spots are still available at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, East Roswell, Buckhead, Dunwoody, East Cobb, Kirkwood, Smyrna, Toco Hills, and Virginia Highland for the remainder of the summer session featuring The Dolphin Collection. Late registrations are always prorated for the classes you missed! And free trial classes are always available for first-time families.

We are SO EXCITED to release this album into the wild and can’t wait for grownups and kids and teachers everywhere to enjoy it 🥰🥰🥰

Here is the official description:
The Music Class Jazz for Kids introduces young children and families to the rhythms, harmonies, instruments, and improvisational spirit of jazz through playful, singable songs. Performed by outstanding musicians and vocalists, the album blends boogie-woogie, swing, jazz waltz, bebop, ragtime, and New Orleans-style jazz into music that children can move to, sing along to, and play along with. We promise grownups will enjoy it too!

This is a compilation of jazz favorites from The Music Class early childhood music and movement classes, including three new big band versions of Jungle Cat, Polly Put the Kettle On, and Tiger Shake. Designed for home listening, car rides, preschool classrooms, and early childhood music settings, it gives young listeners a joyful first experience with the language of jazz. 🎶
