IntensiveX: Heeling by Michaela is a 2-day open level experience built around self-discovery through movement. 6 hours of instruction with international instructor & choreographer Michaela Lapčík, 2 guided yoga sessions with , event media access, and an optional community dinner to close out the weekend 👠
This is a weekend designed to challenge your limits, nourish your soul, and remind you what’s possible in this body.
General admission closes May 21st. Final call pricing begins May 22nd.
