I highly recommend this course with Catherine Cadden, "Parenting at the Speed of Life: Loving Yourself, Loving Your Child, and Not Losing Your Mind in the Process." I've known Catherine for decades and she's the real deal when it comes to integrating compassion and nonviolence into individual lives and into systems. This is her first course designed specifically for parents, grandparents, or those simply wanting to heal/ celebrate how they were parented.
