Combining developmental psychology & computing to study how children develop communication skills

The Georgia Tech Child Study Lab started in 2010 when a group of researchers wondered what we could learn if we used computer science to study early social and communication behaviors in young children. Since then, we have been bringing together computing & developmental psychology to better understand how children develop and use key behaviors like eye contact, shared attention, and gestures. Visit our website to volunteer with your child for our current study!
