Chef Chris believes food brings people together. Chris lived (and cooked) in Italy for two years, splitting his time between Florence and Bologna. His hands-on classes share an authentic taste of Italy with curious cooks.

Serve with crusty baguette for a satisfying “dunk” in the sea-flavored broth.
