than 10 minutes or 2) 5hrs (at least) bubbling and simmering. One of my favorite slow sauces is “ragù napoletano” — a blend of San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, stewed meats, and red wine. Simmered until a symphony of flavors sing to your taste buds.
