Our goal is to foster networking and mentoring for women pursuing a career in science.

Our meetings are held in an informal setting at Emory University, where graduate students will be advised by professors/faculty in how to deal with issues relevant to women in science, like career advancement, balancing work and family commitments, and achieving academic success. The relationships that develop from these meetings will hopefully provide female scientists with the tools to be successful and productive in their chosen field, whether it be academia or industry.
