Big win for Georgia Tech Mock Trial! The team competed at Nationals in Washington, D.C. and earned a spot among the Top 25 teams in the nation! This marks the 13th time Georgia Tech has achieved this incredible honor.

"I was employed by Sandia National Laboratories throughout my doctoral program, and they sponsored my studies. I am returning to full-time employment at Sandia, but now in a new role enabled by my degree. I am the new R&D manager of a team of a dozen computer and data scientists who are working on enabling detection of nuclear proliferation program through the application of advanced data analytics. I am so excited to embark on this new adventure, and would not have been able to do so without the experience and skills I gained at Georgia Tech."

GT’s Voters of Tomorrow () takes home SGA’s Presidential Honor Award! Congratulations to public policy students Alexa Bowman Olay and Lillian Hanson, who launched the initiative four years ago and continue to make an impact.

“My education at the Ivan Allen College has significantly improved my ability to think more critically about cybersecurity, from technical controls to policy-level considerations. Although the focus of my education was on the policy and governance side of cybersecurity, I was able to expand my knowledge of the technical aspects including coding and hacking, in which I had very little knowledge prior to the start of the program. I was able to learn how and why cyber criminals do what they do to better position myself to protect organizations from cyberattacks and assist them in recovery efforts.”
