The GBCN Alumni Association Awards Committee is currently seeking nominations for the 2026 GBCN Alumni Association Awards. Your assistance is needed in identifying fellow alumni who, by virtue of their accomplishments since graduating from Georgia Baptist School of Nursing or College of Nursing, are deserving of such recognition.

The Alumni Awards are presented annually at the Alumni Day event held in October. We appreciate your help in soliciting or submitting nominations for these awards as nominations must be received by June 1.

This past Saturday, the Health Sciences Admissions team hosted an event for Mercer undergraduate students focused on finding their fit in healthcare. 

Mercer University is known for its strong interprofessional initiatives, and this event was no exception. Current students and recent alumni from across our healthcare programs shared insights into their chosen professions and how each plays a vital role on the healthcare team.

We’re thrilled to help guide and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals!
