❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: My teen has never touched a piano. Can they still join?
A: Yes! We've taught complete beginners who learned 3-5 songs in this program. The private prep sessions are designed to get everyone ready, regardless of starting point.
Q: What if we miss a session during the intensive?
A: All sessions are recorded. You can watch the replay and practice the material. However, live attendance is strongly encouraged for best results and real-time feedback.
Q: Can we choose any song, even if it's not on your list?
A: Maybe! Submit your request and we'll evaluate if it's teachable within the program timeframe. Some songs are too complex or too simple, but we'll find options that work.
Q: What equipment do we need?
A: A keyboard or piano (minimum 61 keys recommended, 88 keys ideal), stable internet connection, and Zoom access. That's it.
Q: What if my teen doesn't like it after the first session?
A: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If after your first private session you decide this isn't the right fit, we'll refund your payment in full—no questions asked.
Q: Do you offer private lessons outside of this program?
A: Yes. After completing the program, students can book ongoing private sessions. Many students do this to continue building skills.
