William "Billy" Telesco was an artist attending the Fashion Institute of Technology who lived and worked in New York City. He grew up in New Rochelle, NY and graduated from New Rochelle High school. Billy worked very hard at staying true to his dream of being an artist. He studied the Fine Arts, spent long ni

ghts painting, created compositions on his computer, working endlessly at his craft. He was a friend to many, a loving boyfriend, and a great son and brother. His friends and family created this fund to keep his dreams and memory alive.
