Often times the hardest part is the FIRST step.
It might be the first step of putting the workout clothes on ...
Or, the first few steps into exercise before the blood and endorphins get a chance to start flowing ...
But just like I was conveying in video this morning , we can create energy not just with remedies or supplements, but with Action.
And repetition. π―
20 years ago I hit bottom with all this, especially severe myalgic encephalomyelitis symptoms, different pain conditions, and more...
One thing I knew and have proven over again, was that we can change our course .
We don't have to be the status quo , we can believe we can and be set apart . π―
That means getting away from everything that says it's not possible... people, groups, gaslighters , scammers, etc ...

Strength Training with Fibromyalgia, auto immune, arthritis , and menopause is not about going heavier , it's about feeling the muscle activation (no matter the weight) AND feeling it in the right places ... muscle soreness the next day versus pain in tendons or joints the next day . ..
Strength is essential when aging... for instance leg strength is important to avoid injury and protect cardiovascular health...
Arm strength for not getting injured in vulnerable areas like shoulder and upper arm labram...
We are going to revisit this here ..

Why do some women shy away from exercise?
Many reasons but it's more than you might think.
Over the years I've worked with a lot of different women living with fibromyalgia and other conditions.
There are a lot of nuances that occur.....
. sometimes women are afraid to exercise consistently because they are afraid it will invalidate the conditions they are living with...
But there's nothing farther from the truth..
Exercise , safely and effectively for each individual is medicine..
Just better medicine with POSITIVE side effects ...
it is one of the most effective tools and so well verified for fibro and what a shame that so many people miss out because they are following all the wrong things...π€
In fact, in one of my course modules I have a long list of benefits that are not only specific to exercise itself but specific to those of us with fibro and other conditions.
