Molly Epstein, professor in the practice of organization and management, answers the question: How do you handle change fatigue?
“Continually put resources into the change, focus ourselves on how we can make sure that change doesn’t die on the vine. That means, we don’t end at the messaging, we start at the messaging and we continue to monitor and promote it.”

What are the best channels to communicate your change? Molly Epstein, professor in the practice of organization and management, says, "This will be individual to the organization and the culture within that organization. Focus on the overall vision, getting it out in a way that is accessible to your audience. Think about what is working now and use tools that have been effective with your audience previously (i.e. Slack, weekly coffee chats with the CEO, weekly one-on-ones, etc.)."
