Congratulations to our own Professor Ben Lawrence (Day School of Hospitality), Professor Yanqing Wang (Institute for Insight), and Professor Uri Benoliel (College of Law and Business, Israel) on receiving the Best Paper Award at the 39th International Society of Franchising Conference in Rome, Italy, for their paper, “AI and Franchise Disclosure Documents.”

From discovering her passion in a high school culinary class to gaining experience in the private club industry, Najah continues to grow through connection, service, and leadership opportunities.

Meaningful connections, industry insights, and career exploration were all part of the experience as our students participated in the Education Foundation's annual Education Summit and Gold & Silver Plate Awards.

The event brought together students from universities across the country to engage with industry leaders, learn about career opportunities, and gain a deeper understanding of the foodservice ecosystem.
