Created by as an expansion of their own offices, the project thoughtfully bridges commercial and residential contexts through a dual-faced façade strategy - pairing warm Roman brick and residential-inspired bay windows with a sleek YKK AP curtain wall system that brings transparency, daylight and modernity to the streetscape.
Beyond aesthetics, the project is a masterclass in wellness-driven design. From circadian-conscious daylighting and thermally optimized glazing systems to widened stairways that encourage movement and collaboration, every detail reinforces the idea that buildings should actively support the physical and mental well-being of the people inside them. The result is not just an office addition, but a forward-thinking architectural statement about how thoughtful design can shape healthier, more connected communities.
