The Community Wellness Center

We're excited to announce and celebrate a new beginning for our facility formerly known as the Family Life Center. We still have the same great atmosphere and professional service you've come to know and love, but with a new name and logo. The FLC will be known as the Community Wellness Center (CWC) and we're celebrating this new beginning with an all-day launch event. Join us during regular business hours on Friday, November 5 for free food, giveaways and a waived enrollment fee for anyone who joins during the event.

The Silver Sneakers experience is a way for you to choose your best health and engage in social activities at no cost. We look forward to our existing participants to continue their visits and welcome new members to take advantage of this fun and exclusive program as well.
