Welcome brothers and ladies. This is the Summer 2016 Sigma Nu Housing Group. We have brought you all here because you have indicated interest in residing in our luxurious estate mansion. It is perhaps the most compelling private residence to ever be offered to market in the history of Atlanta.

We have an unrivaled amenity package that includes spacious rooms with lofted full size beds, some private suites, separate male/female bathrooms, DirecTV cable boxes and wi-fi in each room, and our mouth-watering full meal plan with intern and co-op plans available. Of course you can always count on companionship from Wiley, the house dog. We also are in a prime location near the CULC, Peters Parking Deck, and other midtown Atlanta attractions. Then there is the crown jewel of our residence, the crystalline swimming pool. It is filled with the water from the North Pole that is always cold like from The Waterboy.

Moving right along, I could tell you about all the sweet things about living at Sigma Nu this summer like our spacious rooms with lofted full size beds, separate male/female bathrooms, rooms with private bathrooms, our full delicious meal plan with Coop lunches available, Direct TV and wifi in every room, our two awesome dogs Wilson and Wiley, and of course our luxurious pool filled with premium water chiseled straight from the glacier of athabasca (it's the perfect temperature for those hot summer days). Instead of telling you all about those awesome amenities, I'll just say go look at the flyer in this group because it is bound to tell you the exact same thing.
