Delta Phi Epsilon at University of North Georgia

Today is our fifth year of being at UNG. Even though we can’t be with all of our sisters because of the quarantine, we can still celebrate this great moment! @ University of North Georgia Dahlonega Campus

This is Gabi Pacheco, a Political Science major with a Pre-Law Concentration. After college she plans to “Take a year off before going to Law School.” Gabi says that DPhiE has “really gave me a structure and home away from home. Dphie gave me another family and the highlights of my time in college!”

This is Jill Bodner, a psychology major. She is one of our amazing seniors! After college she plans to “hopefully get a job at a nonprofit or in the social work field, and then I want to eventually get my masters in either social work or human services!” Jill says that “DPhiE has changed my life for the better. It has made me a better person, given me confidence, and taught me how to be a better leader. It has given me friends I didn't know I needed and I couldn't be more thankful for what this sorority has done for me. I'm sad my last semester with these girls was cut short, but I know they will always be there for me and that I've made life long friends.”

Last night was the ABSOLUTE BEST🤩

Our sisters along with the help of the FSL community we’re able to raise over $4000 for our philanthropy🙌🏻 We had the opportunity to be Superhero’s for people in need and it was the best feeling in the world! Thank you again to everyone who came out as well as the boys for participating. A special congratulations goes out to our Deepher Dude who represented Delta Chi! Yesterday’s Mother Daughter day was a success. From getting to meet and greet each others mothers to a huge breakfast and getting to paint reclaimed barn wood. Every moment was special and a day to remember with the people we love. After the event our sisters Taylor And Olivia brought our extra breakfast to the women’s shelter, sheriffs office and fire station for them to enjoy. Thankyou to everyone who came to this event and made it a success. It’s always a good day when you spend it with your sisters and mothers!

We would like to offer a warm welcome to Emily Gazzara one of our international leadership consultants visiting from headquarters! She travelled all the way down to Georgia to give us some tips and tricks on how to better our chapter! We are so excited to get to meet with her and we can’t wait to apply all of the things that we learn this week. We are so glad to have you here Emily and we hope you enjoy your time here in Georgia!

We will keep the memories of the victims in our hearts. The events of 9/11 did not have a direct effect on all of us, but it has affected our country as a whole. Though devastating, the event has brought us closer and made our nation stronger. Since then we have experienced a lot of hurt through different events. All we can do is be connected to one another, support each other, and stay strong through anything.
