COLABS is partnering with Barrister Syed Reza Ali for series 2 of Legal Talks. In this session Barrister Reza will map out the legal and regulatory structure for Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents, and similar Intellectual Property Rights. He will also provide an overview of the process of registering Trademarks and Copyrights before the Intellectual Property Organisation of Pakistan.
Start-ups, small enterprises and even established businesses struggle to understand IP rights and face issues in protecting their logos, trademarks, copyrights or inventions. These legal workshops will provide a step by step understanding of safeguarding your Intellectual Property Rights as well as your legal remedies against infringement of those rights before the appropriate legal forums.
