Our Mission:
To extend non-formal theological training to the world’s untrained pastors and church leaders.
Kwizera is a Burundian refugee in Uganda. While there, he benefitted in BTCP training through our excellent ministry partner, God grew Kwizera’s impact from singing to Bible teaching, to being a regional director for Childrens ministry. Through, faith, perseverance and a lot of Bible study, he is helping raise a new generation of refugees to fulfill God’s command to “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Adam Nathanson has served as a missionary in Venezuela for more than 20 years — providing accessible, ground-level pastor training where it’s needed most.
To date, over 300 graduates from his program are actively serving as church planters, evangelists, and pastors, impacting thousands of disciples across the country.

Here’s a snapshot from a recent Spanish TTW in Peru 📸
We’re thankful for the opportunity to come alongside pastors and leaders who are committed to strengthening the local church through biblical training. Through TTWs, men and women are being equipped to teach, disciple, and train others within their own ministry contexts.

We love this story. Following the biblical model, Isaac, Simon Peter, Mike, and Ernest have faithfully passed down the BTCP curriculum in Uganda. This is the goal: multiplication and raising up disciples under the Word of Truth 🙌
The study of God’s Word has both personal and practical impact in the lives of our students, and that has always been our goal.

At BTCP we believe the best training begins with the Word of God.
Scripture shows us that truth is not only to be known, but lived and passed on. It must be taught, modeled, and transferred. Our programs follow a life on life model for ministry training and multiplication as outlined in Scripture.
We extend theological training to untrained pastors and church leaders around the world, equipping them with truth that transforms lives, ministries, and communities.

To the church in Corinth, the Apostle Paul wrote: “I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his wages according to his labor. For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, God’s building.” 1 Corinthians 3:5–9
God is the master builder, laying the foundation for the work of the saints around the world. This was true in Paul’s day and remains true today. We are humbled by the opportunity to take part in His work, equipping pastors and church leaders with biblical training across the nations.
We honor the faithfulness of those who have gone before us, those who labor alongside us now, and those who will join this mission in the future. Above all, we give glory to God, for He alone is our foundation and the one who brings the growth.

It never gets old celebrating graduates of the BTCP program!
Over the past few years, these men traveled near and far to receive training and faithfully complete the program. Their dedication is a powerful reminder of the hunger for God’s Word and the impact of equipping leaders for ministry. Congratulations to our graduates in Belize!
All glory to God for the work we get to be a part of as we seek to fulfill the Great Commission through biblical training, one pastor at a time.
