Our students are officially on their way to Ghana! ✈️🇬🇭

Captured by Artist in Residence Dianne Ashford before departure, this moment marks the beginning of an incredible study abroad experience led by Professor Judiffier Pearson exploring Ghana’s creative economy, culture, tourism, and storytelling traditions.

Throughout the program, students will engage with leaders and creatives connected to the Ghana Tourism Authority, National Film Authority, and Ghana Board of Museums and Monuments while collaborating on multimedia projects that examine how film, music, and digital media are reshaping narratives about Africa and strengthening connections across the African Diaspora.

We can’t wait to follow their journey as they think globally, create collaboratively, and produce content that matters.
