The new sod on the range getting rolled this morning. A very important process to make sure it grows in smooth ⛳️

🚨 DRIVING RANGE HOURS UPDATE 🚨 As you can see by the video, balls collect very quickly in the newly sodded areas. While the roots establish over the next month or so, we will need to keep the picker off of the new sod and handpick balls in those areas. With that being the case, to allow time to handpick in the evening, the last bucket of balls will be sold at 7pm and all golfers must be off of the driving range by 7:45pm until we are able to begin picking normally again. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing everyone at the course soon ⛳️

Outside of some touching up, our drainage and sodding project on the range is complete! The driving range will be back open regular hours starting tomorrow, Friday May 29th. Thank you for your patience as we made these improvements ⛳️

It was an incredible day for the 16th annual Dorothy and Charlie Yates Memorial Tournament. The day was filled with a lot of laughs, networking, and storytelling. Congratulations to this year’s winning team of Devon Cothran and Chuck Palmer ⛳️ 🏆

Congratulations to Olivia Russell for winning the Clover Leaf Award at Charlie Yates for May 2026. From her first day, Olivia had an immediate impact on the operation. Her keen eye and attention to detail has brought the course landscape to another level. Every project she takes part in is done with 100% effort. We could not be more grateful to have Olivia as part of the Charlie Yates family.
