Dear God,
Help me/us to have positive reactions toward others, especially those closest to us like our children and spouses. Thank You that You provided Jesus to take away my/our sins and for the Bible and what it teaches me/us about You. Help us teach/model by example those things to our children: Forgiveness, compassion, mercy, grace, and the like. Urge us to consistenly demonstrate those things before them. I/we want to trust and respect You. Please help me/us pray and read Your words in the Bible each day to grow in my/our relationship with You. Thank You for Your forgiveness of my/our sins.
