Full circle with Mica McGinley-Smith โพ๐ฆ
For neuroscience and behavioral biology major, Mica McGinley-Smith, baseball was never just a game, it was a foundation. But his journey didnโt stop at the field. Through research, service, and cofounding Emoryโs chapter of The Hidden Opponent, Mica expanded his impact beyond athletics, ultimately making the difficult decision to step away from baseball to fully pursue his growing passion for medicine. Supported by teammates, coaches, and mentors, he embraced change not as a loss, but as an opportunity to grow.
