Last Friday, the top design submissions for the GSU Mobile App Challenge presented their app design pitches for the next generation of the GSU Mobile App 📱✨
From smoother navigation to easier access to campus resources, each team shared ideas built around real student needs.
Winning teams were recognized and all participating students will receive a credit for contributing to development of the future app.

Georgia State University is partnering with Google to expand access to computer science and AI education for students across metro Atlanta. 💻
Thanks to $6 million in support from Google, GSU is launching the new AI Innovation Lab, which will host a daily after-school program focused on AI and machine learning literacy for high school students.
GSU undergraduate and graduate students will serve as instructors and mentors, with Google volunteers also supporting learning in the lab. This collaboration strengthens Georgia’s tech workforce pipeline and helps ensure that students from all backgrounds have access to the skills needed for the state’s growing digital economy.
