Our HHS Class of ‘79 45th Reunion was a blast! Thank you so much to all of those who were able to attend. It was a such fun event and evening. I cannot thank all of the committee members (Cynthia Southam Hicks, Susan Johnson Baldwin, Julie Dulaney Carson, Cheryl Iverson, Ginger Moss McVeigh, Lisa Cole Slocum, Eric Riner, Doug Davidson, Jeff Wigley, Jim Hanks, Marc Wadler, & Mason Merrill) enough for all of their input, help, and support over the past 14 months! It takes a village! Those unable to be there last night or Friday night, you were missed. Hope to see everyone again at our 50th in 2029!!

It has been exactly 405 days since the HHS 45th high school reunion committee had our first meeting. After lots of planning, emails, texts, and phone calls the day has arrived. Tonight we will gather with our fellow classmates to celebrate! I cannot wait to see everyone. Go cougars!!!!

"For those of you that know my husband, John, his brother, Bill Whitley, (Class of '77) suffered a stroke on Tuesday. He is in the hospital, moved out of ICU today, and is receiving PT and speech therapy. Prayers for a full recovery are appreciated."

Please keep John, his brother, and their families in your thoughts and prayers as Bill recovers.
