A year full of growth, milestones, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Watching our Pre-K and Kindergarten students grow their deep reading brains, curiosity, confidence, and love for learning has been such a joy. We are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished this year. While we will miss them dearly, we are so excited to see them take on their next big adventure. Congratulations to our graduates. We know amazing things are ahead! 🎓✨ We hope everyone has a wonderful summer!

Today Kenan celebrated Mother’s Day with two very special tea parties. From sharing treats and spending quality time together to watching our annual Mother’s Day video, it was such a sweet day spent celebrating the amazing moms and special guests in our students’ lives.

Spring Courtyard with the KPC took us on a Kenan Road Trip full of fun and imagination. Students traveled with their passports, stopping at a car wash sensory bin, a red light green light game, and a postcard making station. They enjoyed a stoplight Rice Krispie treat and gathered together to listen to a story. Such a joyful morning of play, creativity, and adventure.

It was great celebrating our fathers and special friends in Kenan today!
For drop-offs.
For school events.
For “just one more chapter.”
From the small wins to the hard moments, your presence matters more than you know.

Each year, Kenan hosts Holidays Around the World, a week-long learning experience that introduces students to global winter traditions. With their passports and suitcases in hand, students travel from room to room to learn about celebrations such as Germany’s St. Nicholas Day, Israel’s Hanukkah, China’s Lunar New Year, England’s Boxing Day, and Sweden’s St. Lucia’s Day. Through stories, crafts, and cultural lessons, they gained a deeper understanding of the ways communities around the world honor the season.

We are so thankful for everyone who attended the Thanksgiving feast today. Kindergarten led everyone in a sing-along and we enjoyed watching a video of the kids preparing the feast in their classrooms. It was a wonderful day to gather as the entire Kenan family. We hope everyone has a fun and safe Thanksgiving break!
