🌸💖 Hello hello, Beautiful FB friends!! 💖🌸
ahhhhh!!!
I just love genuinely good people. 😊✨

Ok, back up, I love all kinds of people.
Even the unkind, the bullies, the hateful, for they allow my curiosity to pique and my mind to expand. 🌿🧠

But I prefer the genuinely good people. 🥰
My heart just explodes when someone is simply and easily KIND. 💕
I’ve always thought it is easier to be nice than mean, but man, especially now during election time, WHOA, Nelly!!! 🚦😅

I digress.
I was in the grocery the other day, in line, unloading my basket. I realized I was in the 10 or Less and I was already at 13 items.
So I begin to put the items back into my basket and turned to the guy behind me and said, “Oops, I have too many!!” 😆
And he laughed and said, “stay stay!! You are fine.”
The cashier laughed along with him and agreed. 🤗
I ended up with 15 items and normally I would have gone to the regular line, but man am I glad I screwed up!!
This ended up being the BEST exchange ever. 🌟

The man wore a ball cap that read, “Positive vibes only,” and I’ve seen him in the store before. 🧢✨ He’s about 75-80, super groovy, and seems to live by his own words. 😎

So we got to talking, in the line - we had a minute, because, well, I went over and there was no Express for me, hahaha!! 😂 But he had a message for me, this guy in the line.

His message was that everything is going exactly as it should.
Life is working for me.
Keep happy and stay in the green. 🌿
Stay open, be humble.
Pray, and listen. Quietly. 🙏🏼🧘🏽‍♀️

And laugh as much as humanly possibly, with people that I love that love me back. 💚😂

Me and the cashier were both almost in tears. 🥲

Somedays, y’all, ya just don’t know when someone needs your kindness. 🤍
You never know what someone is going through. 🌧️🌈

And lately, well, let’s just say, I needed that goodness. Truly needed it. 💕

Lo, and behold, the next night?
My neighbour showed up with an armful of flowers and asked me if I wanted them. 💐🌷

UM.
YES? 😍🌸

I mean, ya girl LOVES flowers!!! 🌺🌿 Please please!!!!! 🙌🏻

So now I have fresh-cut flowers all over my house. (As does my On the Other Side Neighbour, since I had way too many! Lucky us!) 🏡🌿

I’m seeing the good, I’m marching in goodness. 💫
My eyes are open, my ears are hearing, my heart is light, and my mind is ready. 🌞✨

Some of the most powerful and meaningful words in the human language are, "How can I help?"

At the end of your life, when you look back, can you say that you did good, that you served, that you helped as many people as possible, that you lived a life of kindness and generosity?
That you were a person well thought of for your servitude?
That you made a difference in this world?

That's all we can hope for, goodness, beauty. Real true goodness. Real true help and a giving spirit.
At least I hope for that.
I strive to be that person.

It is a constant daily work in progress.
I love y'all, beautiful people.

🌟 Well, thank goodness for this.
That's what I want, to be valuable.
To help.
To serve.
To heal and be there to walk others through healing. 💖

Life of late has been trial after trial, and I want to say, "I'm tired" and stop.
And I know I must carry on, move on, walk on. 🏃‍♀️💪

This is a life I GET TO LIVE 🙌, and I am here for the reasons I said above. And I must, without fail, continue to do well in my living, do well for myself and my people, and do well for YOU. 💫

The messages, the texts, the calls, and even the visits! 💌📞👋
Y'all sure know how to circle the wagons when a girl asks for it. 🤠

I needed you, and you showed up. 🙏💖

Here's the thing: sometimes there can be too many things all at once. 😵‍💫
Yes, I am a resilience coach, and this is why—because I AM resilient. 💪
And when I'm not feeling it?
I take a beat. 🧘‍♀️
I ask for help (not always an easy task for me). 🆘
I rest and regroup. 💤
And bounce back with renewed vigor! 🌟

Many of you believe in the power of prayer. 🙏
Some, the power of intention. ✨
Others, manifestation. 🌱

Call it what you will, but there is scientific energy behind the power of focused energy toward something. 💫

Last night, I slept the entirety of the night, with so much laying on my soul—and instead of a shroud of worry, I was given a beautiful blanket of peace and solace. 🌙🕊️

This morning, I woke up ready to take on the day and all that comes with it. 🌅

So, I thank you. 🙌

Many of you have asked me what is going on, and many of you already know the Stack I have of LifeDom.
Yesterday, though? Yesterday was a Hard Day. 💔

You see, I am caring for my Tia Sally, who has advanced dementia. Recently we moved her from the home she has known for 28 years to a personal care home. 🏡👵
She has needed more care than my uncle could give her. And it simply has not gone well. 😔
It will get better—it will. 🌈
But yesterday? What a sh*tty, scary, sad, overwhelming p**p of a Really Hard Day. 💩😢

Yesterday, I listened to my Tia, who is one of the sweetest people on the planet, scream at the top of her terrified lungs for about 5 hours straight. 😱
We were in the ER, and it was just not something I was prepared for. 🚨

The fear in her eyes. 😨
The vitriol in her face. 😠
The pitch of her anger. 😡
And for a 95-lber, the strength in her grip when she tried to GET AWAY. 🏃‍♀️💥

IT. WAS. AWFUL. 😣

She is in the hospital so we can get this handled, and she is in the right place, but my soul had just had enough. 🏥💔

This is the hard part, y'all. The aging, the losing of Life, the closing in on the End. 🌄🌌

So, THANK YOU for lifting me up. 👐
I needed you. And you were there. 💞
