We invite you to take a bold step into living from your Soul qualities.

It takes guts, care and heartfulness to journey into self discovery.
To make your darkness felt, to touch your wounds with balm.
Embracing your heart, speaking with your soul and tenderly caring for every inner inch of you; allowing your energy to flow snake like inside, unblocking and encouraging the shedding of old ways, takes bravery and courage.
And yet doing it, brings your body, power, knowing and self love.
I will always choose this, over the dull ache, the gnawing at my bones and the terror in my heart that comes from self avoidance.
I will choose life over being a walking haunted house.

From the time of birth, we assume many various roles in our lives. These roles continue to accumulate as we age, from adolescence to adulthood. We passionately fulfill many of these roles with joy and energy. Some, however, might feel exhausting. Others may have been enjoyable for us in previous years, but no longer fit the chapter of our lives we’re in now.

In this 6-week virtual workshop, we'll become aware of the need and necessity to evolve from the energy depleting reasons we chose to do things in the past. We will reawaken our heart and Soul qualities and begin to create our lives with fresh awareness.
