My passion for Pilates came through firstly playing Field Hockey and wanting to get stronger, fitter and faster so I joined a gym and quickly fell in love with group exercise classes. It soon became apparent that this is where I was meant to be, with my passion for health, fitness and helping and encouraging people, I began studying fitness initially as a Group Exercise Instructor. I needed to know more so I studied for my Level 3 YMCA Anatomy and Physiology along with other more courses including Circuit training, Indoor cycling, Fitness Pilates, Fitness Yoga and specialized courses such as Pilates for Orthopedic conditions. I have spent many years working for myself teaching hundreds of clients in both large gyms and on a one to one basis in their homes. True fitness is one of physical, mental and nutritional wellbeing, working together to give you your best self! We have to first learn to love ourselves and be happy in our bodies and I am passionate about helping you along your journey to that end!
