Our TAS Ambassadors Club is a leadership, service, and communication skill building program. As we welcome new scholars to our school, members of this club take the new members of our village on school tours to help them feel a sense of belonging and confidence in their first day of school.

This morning during advisory we kicked off our partnership between our founding class of high schoolers and College AIM

During the launch meeting, scholars were asked to consider their future five years from now - and they began learning about different postsecondary pathways. 🚀

Today, The Anchor School celebrated with over 100 families, educators, and community partners as we unveiled our new high school commons. Our rising 9th graders have access to two maker spaces, a science lab, a dance studio, three newly furnished classrooms, a physical conditioning workout facility, athletic facilities, and a dining hall. We are grateful for everyone who made this day possible, including our founding directors, board members, staff, and families who believed in the vision from the very beginning. The best is yet to come!

Our 8th graders are brimming with joy, pride, and excitement as they head into the final days of their 8th grade week. On Monday, we celebrated their journey at their 8th grade breakfast. Tuesday and Wednesday they were on field trips. Today is their field day. Tomorrow is their bridging ceremony. We celebrate this special group of founding scholars at The Anchor School. Keep shining! ✨
