For so long, I felt like I was wandering through life… making decisions randomly that ultimately left me feeling unfulfilled.
I then realized I had never truly defined my core values. Never taken the time to articulate what is most important to me.
And without that clarity, I was chasing things that didn’t actually matter to me.
It’s normal. So many of us go through life without taking the time to reflect on what truly matters most.
But when we invest time in defining our values, everything can change.
With some work, I’ve got clear on what I stand for. Now I make decisions that are truly aligned with the life I wanted to build.
Our values are our North Star—a guiding compass that helps us navigate through life.
When emotions get intense or confusion clouds our judgment, it’s our core values that bring clarity and purpose back into the picture.
If you’re feeling uncertain, know that this is part of the journey. Take the time to define your values and let them become the pillars that support your decisions and your vision for the future. ✨

Being an Ambassador for has almost nothing to do with clothes.
It’s all about the people. The community.
Anyone can do yoga at home, pop in some headphones and go for a run, or jump on a bike by themselves... but the magic of wellness lives in the community you collect along your fitness journey.
I am beyond excited to bring the people of Atlanta together to sweat, grow, and connect.
