1 DAY OUT from IFBB CHICAGO PRO 🔥
everything is going as we planned . my body responding really good , and this time I’m not holding any water. i did my last workout and cardio yesterday. So today is just relaxing day . All the hard work has been done .
From my last show in Milwaukee to now my body has changed a lot, even in a short time . I dedicated myself and did my best every single day .I didn't skip any workouts, cardio, and ate my meals perfectly.
I practiced and improved my posing routine , I really want to say thankyou for all your support, those improvements really made a big difference ! if there's something I've learned, it's that posing is very important.
I am feeling very confident and happy, definitely bringing a much better version of myself.
I want to say thank you for my coach & husband for being by my side every single day , pushing me and giving all the support. On hard days you are always there, doing everything for me to smile! Having someone who loves you, takes care that way is priceless! Thank you and I love you 🤍
