Prodigy Workouts
Skill and development trainer
I make it a point to teach how to shoot the basketball. I cannot stress enough how being a respectable shooter is a key part to the game today. I see the improvements in these two every time they step in the gym. Keep working!
3 piece combo with a fry, that’s what we called it in college. Working on ball handling and quick reads but sometimes it’s as simple as relating to the players. Ignore the missed lay up.
Sessions available all summer, contact me if you’re interested.
Prodigy Alert: Hayes, 7th grader is already showing massive improvements. Our focus: improving his left, quickness, and quick reads out of the triple threat. Simple but effective.
Prodigy Thoughts: While you working to develop your skills as a basketball player make sure to develop yourself as a person. The ball will stop bouncing eventually but who you are last forever.
Came in today with Christian and Hayes and most definitely got better. Perfection is built over time, rep after rep. Consistency is key.

Another day another chance to get better. By far the most important thing in the game today is to be able to shoot. Opens up the floor for you, your teammates, and makes it easier for you individually as a player. List of things to improve your shooting and skill set.
1) Form Shooting
2) Catching and shooting
3) Attacking off catch and shoot opportunities
Simple right? Basketball in simple terms is won off of this.
Young guard from Wetumpka Middle, eighth grader with potential. Have worked with him for a couple of months now. This is one of our first workout. Improvements to footwork and ball handling are always needed. Here we work on getting low while handling and different footwork that’s unguardable when done correctly. Be sure to like and share to anyone looking for a trainer.
