The Acadomi is Optomi's 3-month training program, designed to fully prepare entry-level Tech Recruiters and Account Executives for a successful career in the IT Staffing industry. We provide 2 months of training at our Atlanta office before Acadomites spend the third month in their respective Optomi market, training under mentors and managers in their city.

This process allows young professionals to gain both proper training and hands-on experience to really hit the ground running.
