"I FINALLY PASSED MY NASM EXAM! I took the Exam last Saturday Morning and thankfully passed! I couldn’t believe it, I was for sure that I was going to have to take it again. I’m glad I do not have to though, thank God!

Those of you who are still studying… Keep working HARD, trust me, if I can pass it you can too. It’s taken me a while to finish it after taking the BDU Course because I didn’t want to have to do the studying, not my thing at all. I’m glad I did it though and it is worth it."

Also, if you feel like you’re struggling or doubting yourself right now just know I waited until I had 2 months until the exam to start studying and it wasn’t until the about 2 weeks before the exam that I actually felt like I was finally understanding the concepts of the material. I had no prior background knowledge in the material other than my love for fitness.. it’s possible! Good luck to everyone working towards their certification.”
