Gearing up to finish off the fall semester strong & prepare for a fabulous spring the Queens discussed multiple campus collaborations & initiatives to impact our TSU COMMUNITY! Before the Month ends I Would love to express the importance of Breast Cancer Awareness & how important it is to self-examine and have those serious conversations with your physicians if Breast Cancer is apart of your family’s medical history. Texas Southern’s Royal court couldn’t let October pass without expressing our love for breast cancer survivors and our support in any woman’s battle. Grateful to have shared our support during the State Fair Showdown at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas! 💕👑

Have an amazing Week Tigers, this weekend your 72nd Miss Texas Southern had the opportunity to attend and speak at the Masquerade Luncheon: Unmasking Sickle Cell event sponsored by The Sickle Cell Association of Texas Marc Thomas Foundation. In her words “As 21st Century Heroes, we are built to withstand any and every obstacle. I just hope that I motivate someone to conquer there daily challenges with confidence & Joy.” EXCELLENCE IN ACHIEVEMENT IS THE MOTTO! GO TIGERS! 👑🐯
