Mark your calendars--it’s a new date! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have rescheduled the date of the Georgia State University Law Review’s 2022 Law Review Symposium: Re-thinking Antitrust: Adapting Competition Doctrine to Contemporary Problems to Thursday, April 21, 2022.
The format of the Symposium will now be virtual, and the link to attend our Symposium will be available early next week along with additional information about the event.

The Georgia State Law Review is hosting its first-ever Legislative Forum on Friday, October 29, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Legislative Forum brings the Georgia State Law Review's annual legislative issue, The Peach Sheets™, to life! We invite you to join lawmakers, scholars, judges, and activists to discuss the state of the law in Georgia and what's next.
The forum will feature a keynote address from Senator Jen Jordan; remarks from Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams of the Superior Court of Fulton County; a panel discussion on SB 202, the controversial Georgia elections bill; and presentations by Georgia State Law Review members on select laws passed during the 2021 legislative session. We will also be joined by Chief Justice David E. Nahmias of the Supreme Court of Georgia and Professor Eric J. Segall of Georgia State Law for a discussion on statutory interpretation, moderated by Presiding Judge Stephen Dillard of the Court of Appeals of Georgia.
A reception to meet and network with some of our speakers will follow in the atrium from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Attorneys in attendance will be eligible for CLE credits. Mark your calendar and register here so you don't miss out on this inaugural event!

We are excited to announce the launch of The Georgia State University Law Review Blog! This new initiative seeks to expand our digital footprint by providing a new medium for students, faculty, and practitioners to share their views and insights on contemporary legal issues.
Our double feature launch includes a proposal for legal and institutional reform in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as an analysis of the role golf legend Bobby Jones played in blocking state legislation on pari-mutuel betting.
