I have been a huge fan of for years! I haven’t been listening to many podcasts lately. However, I decided to tune into her latest one as I emptied and reloaded the dishwasher. And it is one that is right on time! Y’all know I’m a huge advocate for beating burnout. She takes us through the differences and importance of rest and recovery.
