✨ Healing ✨
Healing has occurred when you can recall moments that stretched you with gratitude. And when you can remember people who offered those moments with fondness.
Healing is the recognition that every uncomfortable season was still working in your favor, even when it didn’t feel like it. It always was. It always is.
And when you can honor the version of you who kept going in the midst of that discomfort, you create space to fully step into who you’re becoming.
Today, my heart is filled with gratitude for where I’ve been, where I stand, and where I’m headed. And I’m sending that same sense of satisfaction to anyone reading this.
