Happy Thriving Thursday!
About a year ago, I was able to secure over $20k in funding and achieve over a 700 credit score. However, I lacked a crystal clear plan, with contingencies and ended up taking on more debt than my revenues at the time could cover...can any business owners relate?

When my sister and I flipped a property in Ellenwood, GA there was a lot of hurdles. The property was under contract 3 times, 1 time the buyer's financing feel through and the 2nd time the house was under contract, the day before the buyer was in the house celebrating with his mom and throwing a football in the yard with his son.

Do you know the next day he did not show up for closing??? Long story short, because of all of the setbacks, we thought it might be best to refinance out of the hard money loan. However, there were stipulations that we were not aware of. This is one of the reasons I became a Mortgage Loan Officer, so I can help my investors navigate through all aspects of the refinance process.

MY WIN!!
I received the 50 State Mortgage Loan Officer Credential with Capital Federal Credit Union (CFCU) a few months ago and have been in training. Yes I can now originate loans in all 50 states!
Since 1986, Capital Mortage Services has been servicing loans and over the past few years they have added loan origination services as Capital Federal Credit Union (CFCU). Currently there are about 500 Mortgage Loan Originators across all 50 states. I am glad to announce last week I got word that I was selected for the CIRCLE OF CHAMPIONS PROGRAM. Only 25 people were selected for this honor. So I am here to serve you as I work closely with my Senior Vice President.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
*Where other banks require a 620 credit score for a mortgage, we can service clients with as low as a 580.
*When our clients are proactive and provide timely documentation, we have been able to help some of our clients close in as little as two weeks even for a Conventional or FHA Loan…and of course our veterans have no downpayment and no closing costs.
*As a Credit Union, we don't have as many costly fees like other banks.
*Because we originate and service the loan, everything is done in house. Our underwriters want to help you close!
*For our investors, we also have some alternatives to hard money and offer DSCR loans and other nontraditional options.
